Terms of Service

1.1 Age & Legal Capacity

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are representing a business or organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

1.2 Business Registration

You agree to provide accurate business registration details, GST information (if applicable), and contact information. All information provided must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

1.3 One Account Per User

You may maintain only one active user account unless authorized by Aurinko360 for multi-tenant access. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated immediately.

2.1 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Aurinko360 will never ask for your password via email or support ticket.

2.2 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Indian GST laws and regulations
• Income Tax Act, 1961
• Companies Act, 2013 (if applicable)
• All applicable state and local laws
• These Terms of Service

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform to create false invoices or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to hack, crack, or disable the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without authorization
• Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform to bypass tax obligations
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any aspect of the Platform

2.4 Data Entry Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter into the Platform. Aurinko360 does not verify GST numbers, PAN, or other business details you provide.

3.1 What We Provide

Aurinko360 provides tools for invoice creation, customer management, GST calculation, and business document generation. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3.2 What We Don't Provide

• Tax or accounting advice
• Legal advice
• Guaranteed compliance with all regulations (you are responsible)
• Business consulting services
• Technical support beyond platform maintenance

3.3 Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

4.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Current pricing is available on our website.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. Billing occurs on the date of signup and each subsequent anniversary date.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, your account will be suspended after 3 failed attempts. We will attempt to collect payment up to your subscription end date.

4.5 Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are not provided for partial months. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds for unused portions.

5.1 Platform IP

Aurinko360, including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Aurinko360 or licensed to it. You have no rights to these materials except as granted by these Terms.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload (invoices, customer details, etc.). By uploading to Aurinko360, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide services.

5.3 License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for lawful business purposes only. This license terminates upon account closure.

6.1 Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 No Liability for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Compliance violations (your responsibility)
• Tax liability or penalties
• Third-party actions
• Service interruptions

6.3 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

6.4 Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Aurinko360 from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your data, or violation of these Terms or any law.

7.1 User Termination

You may cancel your account anytime from Account Settings. Termination takes effect at the end of your billing period.

7.2 Aurinko360 Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in illegal activity
• Create fraudulent invoices or documents
• Fail to pay for 30 days past due
• Abuse the Platform or other users

7.3 Data After Termination

Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 90 days unless you request an export. We retain data as required by law (GST, Income Tax) for 6 years.

8.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state where Aurinko360 is registered. Any legal action must be filed in courts located in India.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Before litigation, we encourage mediation and negotiation. You agree to attempt resolution in writing first.

8.3 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes.
